What neighborhoods are you most interested in?
What is your preference for building style? I.e. high rise, pre-war, new construction.
Which amenities are essential to you? I.e. doorman, elevator, outdoor space, etc.
Is your purchase dependent on other factors? I.e. need to sell your current home, a pending job offer, or a lease expirations, etc.).
