Geraldine Onorato was born into the business. Her mother was a broker in Scarsdale, NY for over 30 years. Because of her upbringing and history, 16 years ago Geri decided to become a New York City agent herself. She brings a unique sales and rental perspective, including considerable expertise with international clients. She has been a landlord as well as a renter, buyer, investor and seller of Manhattan real estate. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for both her co-op in NYC and her Condo Association on Fire Island, NY.
Geri has extensive experience in Advertising and Marketing. She was an Advertising Art Director, first at Harpers Bazaar, then as Creative Director for fashion and beauty at Bloomingdales, and finally as Creative Director of Wellman, Inc., in their home division. She brings this experience directly to her customers, asserting that “Real Estate is a marketing business”. Whether staging an apartment for the seller, or helping a buyer recognize the potential of a space, Geri is well equipped to advise her clients on the tasks necessary for a successful closing.
Geri believes real estate is about creating lasting relationships. Her strong work ethic and ability to listen to her clients enables her to match her customer's needs with the home and neighborhood that best suits them, whether they are first time buyers or seasoned investors. She considers this particular facet of the real estate profession as important as successfully marketing NY properties for her sellers. This has resulted in a large and loyal clientele.
In 2013, Geri joined forces with her brother, Frederick Onorato Esq., a real estate attorney and broker himself, to form Team O, a results oriented team within R New York specializing in residential real estate in New York City, successfully representing sellers and purchasers of condos and co-ops. Frederick J. Onorato Esq., brings over three decades of professional real estate experience to the residential division of R New York. As a seasoned real estate attorney, he has represented buyers, sellers, developers, contractors and banks, in hundreds of transactions in NYC. Fred understands the importance of providing excellent, dedicated customer service tailored to the unique needs and personalities of each client. He is a highly skilled negotiator and is well versed in every aspect of a real estate transaction. Fred is able to combine effective communication and in-depth knowledge of property values to achieve the best price and terms for each client.

Fred enjoys time with his family and friends and volunteers at Assumption Church on special projects. He is on the Boards of J. Wingfield, a domestic shirt manufacturer, and Sub-Sahara Solutions, an African based business that protects and improves the lives of International Business personnel and Africans. He is an inventor, entrepreneur and co-creator of a patented drone landing platform. He enjoys fishing, skiing, golfing and is an avid dog lover.
Benjamin Onorato Jr. brings 30 years of sales experience to the residential division of R New York. As president of a multimillion dollar textile company and owner of a web-based brand consulting group, Ben is a customer-centric professional with an extensive sales record, targeted market analytics and unique time management style.
Ben is the third “O” joining brother Frederick J. Onorato and sister Geraldine Onorato's "Team O", a multifaceted family within R New York specializing in residential real estate in New York City. Team O knows that each buyer and seller is unique; we have the knowledge and experience to expertly guide and mentor throughout the real estate process. After moving to New York over 25 years ago, Arlene Hochstat not only made the best decision of her life, but adopted her new city with a passion. Her wide circle of friends and family throughout Manhattan has given her great reason not only to visit but to explore the various neighborhoods in which they live. Arlene‘s seasoned knowledge of the city is enhanced by her upbeat personality and the great enthusiasm she brings to her role as a Residential Specialist.
She is considered a consummate professional who excels at the art of the deal thanks to the sharp business, organizational skills she honed over 28 years in apparel sales and marketing. Making the transition to real estate in 2004 was a natural progression. In her prior positions she worked with leading department stores, mail chains and major discount stores negotiating the sales of millions of dollars worth of merchandise each year.
She currently does the majority of her business in Plaza 400 a Sutton Area co-op. Residing in the building makes her the go to broker many owners in the building turn to. Her prior career experience has made her an expert at identifying needs, solving problems, and maintaining a calm, clear results-driven approach to any task at hand. Just as important to Arlene’s success is her ability to listen to her real estate clientele’s unique needs. This is a major asset in helping buyers and sellers of fine properties achieve their goals, and to provide service throughout the transaction. Her attentiveness to customers (whether sellers or buyers) coupled with her attention to detail makes Arlene a real estate professional you can trust and rely on.
